Our Instructors

Rae Snyder

Pilates made a significant impact on Rae's life at a young age. She was practicing ballet and rhythmic gymnastics in her hometown in Illinois when she suffered a spinal fracture in her lumbar spine. Her injury ended her dance and gymnastics careers, but she found healing both physically and emotionally through Pilates and Yoga. This led to her passion for movement and proper biomechanics. She began teaching movement in 2004 while attending Baylor University. She graduated with her MBA in 2008 and decided to officially open Infinity Pilates & Yoga in 2009 after teaching Pilates in the Waco community and at McClennan Community College. She has a passion for fitness and total body integration. She believes the body was designed to move as a whole, and it's this interconnectedness that can lead to pain and dysfunction. When one part of the body hurts, the entire body is affected! Rae loves to work with clients to eliminate pain and to restore proper movement and function. She has completed the Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Training Program and is a Certified Pilates Teacher through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA-CPT). She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and is a Yogafit yoga instructor. In addition to training and managing the studio, Rae is also mom to twin girls and a little boy.

Kristin Pinkstaff

Kristin graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Accounting. She worked as a financial analyst for a large consulting firm for 10 years and then decided to be a stay at home mom. Fitness has always been a passion of hers. In 2009, she started taking Reformer Pilates to get back in shape after having her second child and fell in love with it. She loved the changes that she saw in her body as well as the way that it made her feel. After practicing for 3 years, she decided that she would like to become an instructor. Kristin has completed all of her training through Balanced Body University and is certified to teach on all apparatus. She has been teaching since 2012 and absolutely loves it.
